from when you plan to send your stationery. If you have questions,

is our step by step process to make sure we create the perfect stationery
for you! |
| Step
1: Consultation |
|
| Email
the online questionnaire. We will contact you within 3 business
days of receiving the questionnaire and will make an appointment
for a free consultation. This includes a discussion of your
event, colors, likes and dislikes your expectations and budget.
After the consultation we will send you a confirmation and a
quote. |
| Step
2: Deposit |
|
| After
you receive your estimate, a deposit is required to start the
design process. We require 25% at the onset. We accept payments
by PayPal and an email invoice will be sent to you with instructions
on how to pay. |
| Step
3: Design |
|
| After
your deposit is received, we will begin working on a set of
designs based on your consult. You will also be sent a sheet
for you to add text or wording for your stationery. Once a design
is determined, there will be two rounds of tweaking. When your
final design is finalized, a pricing will be provided at which
time, balance of the payment will be required prior to printing.

4: Proofs |
|
| Once
your design is finalized, you will be sent a soft copy (digital
proof) within 10 business days. Please review the design and
wording for accuracy. Your payment includes one final proof
so please make sure to check your final proof thoroughly. |

5: Printing and Delivery |
|
| Please
allow 2-3 weeks for printing, finishing and delivery of your
order. We will email you the shipment tracking code once the
package is ready to be delivered. Quotes include ground shipping.
Please contact us if you require a rush order and the applicable
charges. |
